Fall is essentially synonymous with the Pumpkin Spice Latte, (and with good reason). It's an incredible autumnal drink, and it's limited—you can't just order a PSL any day of the year. So, from its release in early August to its final days in late November, the fall drink conversation is basically dominated the PSL. While we understand the spotlight on it, there are an insane number of other limited, fall coffee drinks you can make yourself that deserve some recognition and celebration. Here are five of our favorite fall coffee drinks you can make at home. 1. Maple Latte Not only does Starbucks also sell a Maple Pecan Latte, but some people have become entirely convinced that maple is the new pumpkin spice. This DIY version is insanely easy to make and doesn't require any special equipment. 2. Rumchata Cinnamon Toast Latte If you're looking for a fall latte with a little extra kick 😉, look no further. Depending on how you like to get your day started, this one might be better for an afternoon pick-me-up rather than a morning jolt. 3. Pecan Pie Latte Who says you can't have dessert for breakfast? No one, that's who. This latte tastes like Thanksgiving in a mug, and it involves whipped cream. Score. 4. Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte We know, we know. We talked about putting the spotlight on fall drinks other than the pumpkin spice latte, but this one incorporates matcha, which definitely feels different.
