Gingersnap Iced Coffee Recipe Inspired by Philz

Flavored cold brews are all over the place this season! We were inspired by Philz who has been killing it with their flavor combos. This gingersnap recipe is so simple! The syrup and cold brew can be made overnight and then you will have the supplies to make an Iced Gingersnap Cold Brew each morning.

Have you tried our HiLine Coffee Cold Brew Packs yet? They are so easy to make — drop 2 in a pitcher full of cold water into your fridge overnight or up to 24 hours. You will be set with cold brew all week long or all day long, depending on how quickly you drink your coffee!! Once that is brewing in the fridge, it’s time to make the gingersnap syrup. We used ground cinnamon and ginger (1/2 TSP of each) in a tea bag with 6oz of hot water. Then add 1 tbsp of Vanilla syrup and let cool. To be honest, you can add more or less here. The syrup is the sweetener here so use your judgement while adding that sugar!

When the cold brew has brewed and the syrup is cool combine and top it off with a vanilla creamer! Sip & enjoy!
